Our directory is open to mind-body practitioners, neuroplasticity coaches, therapists, and healthcare professionals who have a SIRPA qualification - Level 1, 2 or 3.

Creating your account and listing your profile is completely free. Neurowaze only takes a small commission from completed bookings. No upfront costs or hidden fees.

The verification process ensures you are a cpractitioner and typically takes around 1-2 business days, however this depends on the volume of applications that we have coming in.

Any information you enter into your profile will be visible such as your first name, bio, location, certifications, specialisations. Your last name, email and phone number will remain private until a session is booked.

Neurowaze supports credit/debit cards and Stripe payments for seamless transactions. Clients will make payments that will go directly into your account once fees have been deducted.

No, aside from the standard commission on bookings and donations, there are no hidden fees.

No. To maintain trust and platform integrity, all sessions should be booked through Neurowaze. Our policies help prevent off-platform engagement to protect both clients and practitioners.

Neurowaze uses encrypted storage and strict access controls to protect practitioner-client interactions.

To join, simply sign-up to create a Neurowaze account, complete your profile, and submit it for review. Approval includes:

1. Verification of certifications and qualifications
2. A screening call for quality assurance
3. Final approval before your profile is made public

Once this has been completed your profile will be listed for clients to see.

Neurowaze operates on a commission-based model, deducting a small percentage from each completed booking. 10% fee of every completed session will go to Neurowaze to cover platform fees.

Clients search for practitioners based on specialisation, availability, and pricing. They select an appointment time, make a payment, and receive confirmation instantly.

Yes, we have strict cancellation policies in the Terms of Service to ensure that you are protected from last minute cancellations. Refund policies exist to protect both clients and practitioners.

Yes, you are able to set your own session rates and tailor these to the type and length of session you are offering. Neurowaze will take a percentage fee from the session rate you charge at the time of booking.

Neurowaze is a global platform, so as long as you are SIRPA certified, you are welcome to sign-up. If you are not SIRPA certified, please still get in touch as we'd love to hear from you,

No, Neurowaze is designed for supporting clients through virtual/online sessions only.

Neurowaze has a mediation process to review disputes. We encourage clear session agreements and keeping detailed notes to prevent misunderstandings.
