Neurowaze Functions

Neurowaze carries out the following functions:

• It facilitates Users by making available healthcare resource material and information relating to choices of a Healthcare Provider
• It makes available methods of communication with a Healthcare Provider
• It hosts a booking and communication suite to allow for enhanced communication and interaction between the User and a Healthcare Provider

2. Definitions

"User": Any individual accessing our website or services.

"Healthcare Provider": Healthcare and medical professionals listed on Neurowaze.

"Services": Those services, data, and information found within Neurowaze or available from any database accessed from Neurowaze or by virtue of any other reference from Neurowaze, but at all times EXCLUDING the interaction between the User and the Healthcare Provider, which shall be governed by the specific relationship and terms and conditions agreed between the User and the Healthcare Provider prior to any bookings and arrangements.

Healthcare Providers listed on Neurowaze operate independently and are not employees of Neurowaze.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for verifying the credentials of Healthcare Providers and making informed decisions regarding their healthcare.

Limitations

Telemedicine services may have limitations compared to in-person consultations. Users should assess the suitability of telemedicine for their needs.

6. Payment and Fees

Consultation Fees

Fees for consultations are set by Healthcare Providers. Neurowaze may charge a service fee for facilitating bookings.

Payment Terms

Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Neurowaze uses third-party payment processors; users agree to their terms and conditions.

Refunds

Refund policies are determined by Neurowaze and Healthcare Providers. Users should review these policies before booking appointments and/or using services. Cancellations and rescheduled appointments may incur a charge, and may not be eligible for refund.

7. User Content

Responsibility

Users may have the ability to post reviews or other content. Users are solely responsible for the content they post.

Prohibited Content

Users agree not to post content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates any laws.

License

By posting content, users grant Neurowaze a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content.

• All personal data will be handled in compliance with GDPR, UK Data Protection Laws, and applicable healthcare data protection regulations
• Neurowaze will not share personally identifiable health data with third parties without explicit user consent, except where required by law
